- How do I get in touch if I'm interested in a specific package?
- The first step is to fill out an inquiry form. From there, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours on next steps and approximate turnaround time.
- Where can I find your portfolio of work?
- You can find samples of my work via Instagram @solstudio.art or on the Projects tab of this website.
- Can I combine two packages, or add a la carte items to a package?
- Absolutely! Packages are meant to be used as a baseline, and we can customize from there.
- What do you need to know about my business prior to project start?
- Please be prepared to share your business name, product, and target audience.
- Do you require a deposit for your services?
- Yes, I require a 25% deposit upfront to ensure projects are set in stone.
- How long does the process typically take?
Depending on the size of your project, completion can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. After you've submitted the inquiry form, we'll discuss your projected launch date to adhere to your schedule.
- How many rounds of edits will I get?
- For most services, I'm happy to offer up to 5 rounds of edits per branding element created! Every additional mockup requested past 5 rounds will incur a $20 fee. 'Brand in a Day' only allows for one round of edits as it is to be completed within a 24 hour timeframe.
- What payment options do you take?
- For custom branding projects, I accept PayPal, Square Cash, or Venmo. For digital downloads through my Shop, I take all payment types.
